Free Jacobean Jigsaw Download

Crewel embroidery in the Jacobean style enjoyed a big revival in the early half of the 20th century and Penelope was one of the main exponents. This design is from the Rutland Fire Screen and displays the typically curiously shaped leaves, trefoils and curling form that originated on early designs taken from East India Company imports such as palimpores.
