Every day I get up, I get so excited and give thanks for being a member of a world-wide community of needlework lovers. What really fires me up are the needlework teachers and those who are committed to ensuring our art does not become a lost art and will still be there for generations to approach and enjoy. Gostei de ler algumas palavras em Português;) No Brasil é capaz de haver trabalhos muito antigos das portuguesas que aí viveram há muito tempo, uma delas a minha avó, agora com 95 anos! Todas as meninas aprendiam a bordar todos os pontos, inclusivamente o ponto de cruz.

Obrigado pela maneira tão carinhosa que fui recebida e por me ajudar a divulgar o Bordado no Brasil com Arte. Não é fácil manter alguns sonhos vivos.... mas aqui lutamos dia-dia para manter nossos sonhos... sonhos que resgatam o trabalho manual das mulheres do século XXI num País tão desprovido de tradições culturais. Somos um grupo de mulheres apaixonadas pelo Bordado, pelo compartilhar conhecimento, e pelo crescimento intelectual do Bordado.
