This image of some rather creative crochet came across my desk this morning and all I could do was smile - I am still trying to find out where it comes from - does anyone know?
Best guess The Hyperbolic Crochet Coral Reef Project http://crochetcoralreef.org/index.php All very mathematical eg http://colinspics.org/uk/uklondon/hyperboliccrochet.htm or maybe from this book http://www.amazon.co.uk/Shells-Coral-Colourful-Creatures-Sea/dp/184448775X/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=1ZHOJB1W493H7&coliid=I2WF6IUYL6SO6D
It looks like the Japanese form of crochet named Amigurumi, today I am showing some work of a friend and she uses this technic to create animals and other things. Greetings Lida
