Mary Wigham on Guemes Island with Beth, Becky, Julie, Barbara and Jan

Beth Hoffman writes: 'As promised, I am including a picture of our Mary's that we started this past weekend on Guemes Island. Guemes Island is a quaint little island here in Washington state. We gathered for a couple days of R&R and hope to do it again soon and include more of our stitching friends. Those of us on our little retreat to the Red Farmhouse (adequately named don't you think) included Julie and Becky, myself, and our friends Barbara and Jan. We each started Mary on Friday evening when we arrived and she is all we stitched on during our stay there. We thought Mary might enjoy the swing on this lovely northwest summer evening. We sure enjoy her, and each of ours is so different. How fun it was seeing them all come to life in their own unique way. Be well and many blessings to you.'

  1. The beautiful San Juan Islands would indeed be a wonderful place to stitch with friends. Mary has truly appeared from 'sea to shining sea.'
